Michael 'Flea' Balzary is currently on tour with the band he co-founded in 1983, The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Not only has Flea enjoyed incredible continuing success with the Chili Peppers, he's also appeared in an array of classic films, including; Suburbia, Back To The Future II & III, My Own Private Idaho, Stranded, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Big Lebowski, and Liars Poker.
Most recently, his vocal talents can be heard as Donnie on the animated hit show and feature film, The Wild Thornberries.
Flea is constantly evolving as a musician. He loves touring, and believes
strongly in putting on an entertaining show with all of his heart and soul's energy and enthusiasm.
Universally recognized as one of the most skillful bassists in the world, Flea is very free minded in his beliefs, and expresses himself with the trademark honesty that has endeared him to all of his many fans across the globe. |
