Angelwear Privacy Policy Privacy Notice This notice outlines the privacy policies of Angelwear ® at www.angelwear.com. Questions regarding this statement should be directed by e-mail to privacy@angelwear.com or sent to Angelwear at 8391 Beverly Blvd. #301, Los Angeles, CA 90048 Information Collected We collect information about each visiter to our site, www.angelwear.com. At a minimum, Angelwear® collects first name, e-mail address, gender, age and zip code. It also may collect additional information such as phone number, birth date, marital status, gender, occupation, Internet connection speed, online buying history and interest categories. We also collect information on the pages users access or visit, and other information volunteered by users, such as survey information. Additionally, for each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes IP Addresses; however, IP Addresses are not stored or retained by Angelwear. Uses of Information The information Angelwear® collects is used to improve the content of our newsletters and Web site; to notify users about updates to our newsletters and Web site; to contact users for marketing purposes; and as otherwise may be necessary for Angelwear® to offer products or services to users of our site and readers of our newsletters. If a user enters an email address, via any of Angelwear®'s registration or purchasing tools, we may, at our discretion, send an invitation to visit Angelwear® to that email address. If the person owning that email desires that their email address be permanently removed from our records, they may, at any time, make such a request to Angelwear® via email, phone, or postal mail. Angelwear® will make all reasonable efforts to fulfill such requests in a timely manner. Angelwear® will not use email addresses of non-registered users for any other purpose than to notify the recipients of Angelwear® services. We use "cookies" to store visitors' preferences on the visitors' computers and to determine when a specific visitors' session has ended. The cookies serve the additional purpose of preventing our software from repeatedly sending the same banner ads to the same customers, and allows our software to customize newsletter and Web page content based on visitors' browser type. Policy Changes & Change of Ownership If our privacy policy and information practices change at some time in the future Angelwear® will post the policy changes to the www.angelwear.com Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Any change of ownership would include adherence to the same privacy policies. Requesting or Changing Information Upon request, Angelwear® will provide you with access to all the personally identifiable information collected and retained about you. You can access this information by sending an e-mail to privacy@angelwear.com. Security Angelwear® uses industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged to help ensure its security. This includes password protected member records, firewalls, and SSL encryption. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance In keeping with the 1998 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Angelwear® is a general audience web site only, and do not knowingly collect, nor will ever knowingly retain, personally identifiable information from visitors who are under 13 years of age. Angelwear® also attempts to determine the age of visitors and subscribers by requesting the users to provide their date of birth, and otherwise asking visitors to identify their age. In the case of third party registrations, Angelwear® relies on the methods of the third party organization to determine whether the subscriber is at least 13 years of age. Refund and Exchange Policy Angelwear®'s refund policy is based on the fact that we donate profits to various charities. We can only provide a refund if the merchandise hasn't arrived in a timely manner, or has been damaged in transit. Angelwear®'s Clothing exchange policy: We accept exchanges if the item received is not what the customer ordered, or the product is damaged. In either case, Angelwear will be responsible for shipping costs. (please email a report of any mistake or damaged goods to customer service). Or, in the event that a customer needs a different size t-shirt than the size they ordered, the shirt has to be the same design and color as the original order, and the customer is responsible for shipping the item to be exchanged back to Angelwear with a note about what size is needed. Please note: Greeting Cards will only be refunded or replaced if not received or have been damaged in transit.
